Yes, it’s that time of year where we set up the big old Christmas tree at Ambleside and start collecting gifts as part of our annual toy drive.
The festive season can be tough for those less fortunate than us and we are getting behind Beyond the Bell’s ‘Donate for the kids’ Christmas drive.
Beyond the Bell is the most concerted community-based collaboration ever made to tackle the Great South Coast’s low Year 12 or equivalent attainment rates and to encourage support for young people through to adulthood. For more information visit www.btb.org.au
We are aiming to collect donations that encourage family connections for young people of all ages, such as jigsaw puzzles, books, sports equipment and games. We will gratefully accept any toys or other goods you may like to donate.
We will be collecting donations right up to close of business Friday 13th of December.
